Qualifications

• BS/BA in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in air quality modeling using standard air quality models (e.g., AERMOD, AERSCREEN) is desirable.
• Experience preparing permit applications and air emission calculations.
• Technical report writing skills.
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate in a consulting environment.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical, judgment, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of environmental media/regulations (air, wastewater, EPCRA, tanks).
• MS Office proficiency; GIS or CAD experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across energy, industrial, and other clients, coordinating with clients and regulators, and managing project work.
• Coach, mentor, and support staff to ensure high-quality execution of tasks and deliverables.
• Understand client needs and execute projects to achieve client goals.
• Lead environmental compliance projects, with emphasis on air dispersion modeling, permitting, and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and regulators to support projects across the U.S.
• Prepare project deliverables including reports, plans, and specifications.
