Job summary

Haley & Aldrich seeks a Senior Chemical/Environmental Engineer or Environmental Scientist 3, located in Costa Mesa or San Diego, to lead teams and deliver innovative EHS solutions. You will drive client relationships, manage multi-disciplinary projects, and mentor junior staff in a fast-growing firm.

You will provide senior technical leadership for EHS regulatory compliance programs, with emphasis on California markets, and help shape the growth strategy of the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in EHS regulatory compliance, RCRA compliance, or related areas.
• Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary projects and client portfolios.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead client discussions.
• Experience mentoring staff and building diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships to grow revenue.
• Oversee large, complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Build and guide high-performance cross-functional teams.
• Lead proposals for high-impact projects and explore new markets.
• Represent the company in professional organizations and industry trends.
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety protocols.
• Provide senior technical leadership for EHS programs, especially CA-focused.
