You will drive end‑to‑end project delivery, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and collaborate with clinical leaders, IT teams, vendors, and operational partners.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and cross‑functional teamwork to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Organizational Communication, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate‑complexity healthcare IT, clinical, and business initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Develop integrated project plans aligning scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks and communications.
• Establish governance structures and escalation paths for project delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
• Create and manage reporting to leadership and stakeholders for informed decision‑making.
• Support operational readiness including training, go‑live planning and transition to support.
