Job summary

The Bank of Missouri is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level projects within its Transformation Management Office. You will govern project delivery, coordinate with executive sponsors, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates bring PMP certification, 7+ years of PMO experience, and proficiency with PMP, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Strong reporting and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in computer science, business administration, or related field.
• 7 years of experience working directly with enterprise level projects, preferably in transformation or PMO.
• Proven ability to execute projects from start to finish and keep stakeholders informed and on task.
• Experience applying PMP, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and produce executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administers the intake process and maintains related reporting dashboards.
• Manages project execution and high-level roadmaps, keeping them current.
• Creates and maintains essential project artifacts and testing plans.
• Ensures standard methodologies and tools are applied consistently.
• Prepares Transformation Steering Committee portfolio materials and communications.
• Leads accountability with project teams and sponsors to reinforce delivery discipline.
• Escalates issues on projects in jeopardy and coordinates with management.
• Coordinates with Change Management for rollout needs and capacity planning.
