Job summary

TriCom Technical Services, Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects within the EPMO for the Banking industry.

You will work with project teams and stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and outcomes, and plan, monitor, and adjust schedules across the SDLC. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of PM experience, proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methods, and experience with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with governance across projects.
• Must be goal-oriented, action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined.
• Advanced planning, organizing, team motivation and delegation skills.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects across the EPMO within the Banking industry.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to define scope, deliverables and outcomes.
• Plan, monitor, adjust, and communicate each project’s schedule.
• Identify constraints and risks; coordinate resolution of complex issues.
• Track, measure, and report on project status and progress.
• Coordinate with IT resource managers and partners to staff during each phase/sprint.
• Ensure adherence to project methodology, standards, processes, and procedures.
