Job summary

First Bank seeks a Project Manager II for the Enterprise Project Management Office in Creve Coeur, MO. This hybrid role leads moderately complex cross‑functional initiatives and may perform BA functions as needed to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• 5–8 years of progressive project management experience
• Experience in financial services or regulated environment preferred
• Ability to translate needs into deliverables and engage stakeholders
• Familiarity with PMI standards and governance

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project charters, integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, and status reports
• Monitor performance using standard metrics and escalate issues per PMO governance
• Manage project financials including budget tracking, variance analysis, forecasting
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate governance activities with steering committees and change control
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors to deliver outcomes
• Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, regulatory requirements, and priorities
• Support BA activities including elicitation and documenting needs
