Job summary

Aurigo Software Technologies seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise implementations for public sector clients. You will collaborate with technical consultants and client representatives to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

You will manage large, multi-location teams, drive profitability, identify risks and changes, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in a consulting organization delivering enterprise systems.
• 8+ years in IT consulting focused on enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated readiness to act under pressure with a calm, proactive approach.
• Experience leading IT enterprise systems across multiple functional areas.
• Experience managing remote and onsite project teams; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-enterprise projects, developing and maintaining project plans and leading high-performing teams.
• Work directly with customers to execute the contract, deliver quality enterprise solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed profitability targets by prioritizing resources and improving processes.
• Drive timely completion of milestones and contractual deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, schedule, risks, issues, actions, and milestones.
• Provide status reports to project group and executive team.
• Identify, negotiate, and document change orders with the customer.
• Identify and manage risks, escalating to management when necessary.
• Ensure project documentation is completed and signed-off by customers.
• Lead project teams distributed across multiple locations; coach and mentor teammates.
• Identify, scope, and estimate additional business opportunities with current customers.
• Convey customer objectives clearly to create SOW for Aurigo Software delivery team.
• Travel up to 20% annually.
