Job summary

Rubrik Professional Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise customer implementations and serve as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success and business value realization.

You will mentor other Project Managers, contribute to the development and scaling of PMO governance, and actively participate in refining delivery frameworks across Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and Technical Account Managers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct PM experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience building or scaling PMO governance models with AI and metrics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex client engagements concurrently.
• Mentoring junior to mid-level PMs and driving delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise projects from kickoff to sign-off.
• Manage scope, milestones, resources, deadlines, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Be the single point of contact for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain PMO governance and delivery templates.
