You will translate strategy into action, coordinate data, technology, change and adoption teams, and partner with business and IT stakeholders to align investments with enterprise priorities and Responsible Growth outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project, program, or change management experience leading complex people, process, and technology initiatives.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations, manage priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Experience leading governance, integrated planning, executive reporting, resource management, and risk processes.
• Change-management experience spanning communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated execution across governance, data products, technology, and adoption workstreams.
• Build and manage program plans, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and reporting.
• Translate strategy into action, establish accountability, remove barriers, and keep delivery on track.
• Lead governance and stakeholder routines with timely decisions and transparent escalation.
• Partner across business, technology, data, product, controls, and change teams to sequence delivery.
• Champion onboarding, communications, training, and adoption while simplifying workflows.
