Job summary

Bank of America in the United States seeks a senior analytics leader to oversee a broad group of resources and complex reporting initiatives. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of automated BI solutions and engage with clients and senior leadership to drive data-driven decisions.

You will design and oversee ETL processes, guide data governance, and prioritize work across teams to ensure timely delivery while delivering actionable executive insights.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills, including ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level insights.
• Understanding of workflow, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience developing and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing undedicated resources or influencing without authority.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to tell a clear story with data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business stakeholders, developing the vision and strategy for delivering and maintaining innovative automated business intelligence solutions to support data-driven business decisions.
• Manages the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, collaborating across partner teams to deliver on desired outcomes.
• Leads the design, development, and maintenance of automated data extract, transform, and load processes from various database platforms, storing data in 'Fit for Use' relational tables.
• Oversees appropriate focus, prioritization, and alignment of resources to ensure on-time delivery of work while following established procedures and quality guidelines.
• Provides technical solutions and learns new technology to fulfill the project needs, while staying current on the latest solutions available in the industry.
• Partners closely with stakeholders and executive management, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of business intelligence solutions.
