Nagarro in the United States is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery for fixed-bid and public sector initiatives. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while serving as the primary client contact and coordinating cross-functional teams to align tasks and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires PMP knowledge, 10+ years of PM experience, and a bachelor's in engineering; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in project management, leading projects with PMP practices.
Experience managing fixed-price / fixed-bid projects with scope, budget, and delivery accountability.
PMP certification preferred; engineering degree required; MBA nice to have.

Responsabilités

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for fixed-bid/public sector objectives.
Act as primary client contact and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for communication and task alignment.
Monitor risks, issues, and changes with mitigation strategies.
Deliver status updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations in public sector projects.
Drive continuous process improvement in project management practices.
