Job summary

Nagarro in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead public sector and fixed-bid initiatives. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while serving as the primary client contact and coordinating across teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management and proven project leadership.
• Experience managing fixed-price / fixed-bid projects with full accountability for scope, budget and delivery.
• End-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent is nice to have.
• Experience managing complex timelines, budgets, resources, risks and change management.
• Ability to serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience delivering projects in public sector environments is a plus.

• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is nice to have.
• Experience managing complex project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change management.
• Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience delivering projects in public sector environments is a plus.
• Exposure to account management and business development activities is desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $120K - $145K Gross (base+bonuses) + standard Nagarro Benefits
