Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with leadership and methodologies.
• Experience managing fixed-price / fixed-bid projects with accountability for scope, budget and delivery.
• End-to-end project planning, execution and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA nice to have.
• Experience in public sector projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
