Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager and project team across all phases. You will help set up projects, secure permits, and ensure contracts, insurance, and bonds are current before subcontractors work on site.

The role involves coordinating kick-offs, tracking budgets, interfacing with procurement, and maintaining documentation to support project success and compliance.

Qualifications

• Background in construction, engineering, or management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or management-related discipline.
• 5 years’ background and/or experience in construction, engineering, or management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project kick-off efficiently.
• Monitor budgets and provide input into schedules as directed by the Project Manager.
• Coordinate contracts and materials with procurement and subcontractors.
• Assist in adherence to Project Management standard procedures.
• Support interdepartmental communication and data transfer.
