Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of HV breaker projects in the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and finance to deliver on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

You will manage contracts, risks, and stakeholder communications, serving as the primary customer contact and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• ≥5 years in project execution, ideally in industrial or energy settings.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and align diverse stakeholders.
• History of delivering projects on time, within budget, to quality standards.
• Self-directed with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP and Power BI experience is an advantage.
• PMP certification and knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for assigned breaker projects.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, finance, and execution teams.
• Review contracts and terms to support project success.
• Maintain risk and opportunity management plans.
• Track shipments, site receipts, and milestones.
• Manage change requests and secure approvals.
• Oversee handover, documentation, and commercial closure.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and lead progress reviews.
