Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office; SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time position in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in project execution is preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder influence abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Self-motivated with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Review contracts, terms and conditions; prepare plans.
• Develop and maintain risk and opportunity plans.
• Maintain project master document lists.
• Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
• Monitor material shipments and site receipts.
• Manage change requests and approvals.
• Oversee project handover and as-built drawings.
• Follow up on payments to avoid overdue accounts.
• Conduct project margin reviews and analyses.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers.
• Lead recurring meetings to update customers on progress.
