Job summary

Aypa Power LLC is seeking aSenior Project Manager to lead the management of solar, energy storage, and hybrid projects across North America. You will collaborate with Construction Management, internal teams, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and quality across multiple markets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years in utility-scale renewables project management, strong risk and contract management skills, and proficiency with Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in project management of utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Experience with utility-scale battery energy storage projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with permitting processes (CUP, Building permits, local authorities having jurisdiction).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of multiple projects across various markets to meet cost, schedule, and quality goals.
• Develop, test, construct/install, and commission large-scale renewable energy storage and hybrid systems meeting customer expectations.
• Manage relationships with EPC vendors, OEMs, and O&M providers to coordinate installation and delivery.
• Originate and report KPIs monthly to management across EPC, project finance, and legal aspects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project budgets for capex and construction.
