Job summary

TRC, Member of WSP, a global environmental and engineering firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, high-risk projects across Power Delivery, Field Services, Construction Management and System Studies in the Energy Sector.

The role manages budgets, schedules, and resources from proposal through completion, with reporting to clients and internal teams. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business or Construction Management from an accredited school or University is required.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years’ related experience is required, 12 years’ is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to deal with internal/external clients.
• Strong attention to detail to quality control the projects and submit required deliverables.
• Experience with appropriate software tools (Microsoft Office, MS Project).
• Demonstrated experience managing successful projects of significant complexity and breadth

Responsibilities

• Lead large project teams in successful execution of large projects of significant complexity, risk and breadth.
• Direct activities of Project Coordinator and/or Associate Project Manager.
• Develop project proposals including scope understanding, estimation, and on-time delivery.
• Facilitate legal reviews and competitive quotes; manage project risks and cash flows.
• Manage project budgeting and scheduling; ensure profitable margins and earned value tracking.
• Oversee project scheduling, resource loading, and communication with client and TRC management.
• Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety policies.
