Job summary

Everyday Dose Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own cross-functional project governance in a fully remote role within the U.S.

You’ll build the plan, set the pace, assign owners and dates, and push projects from concept through launch with accountability and clarity. You’ll collaborate with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Creative, Sales and Finance, lead stage-gate processes, and create repeatable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, incl. 3+ years in CPG/food and beverage.
• Proven track record launching products from concept to shelf with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on in stage-gate or equivalent launch processes and project governance.
• Advanced Asana skills with templates, workflows, dashboards.
• Experience with co-manufacturers, packaging suppliers, or artwork routing.

Responsibilities

• Build workback schedules in Asana with clear owners, dependencies, milestones, and gates.
• Drive accountability, identify risks, and escalate when needed.
• Lead meetings, stage-gate reviews and decision forums with clear outcomes.
• Develop contingency plans and cross-functional solutions to keep launches on track.
• Create visibility for leadership on status, risks, and resource conflicts.
• Establish Asana as the single source of truth with templates and dashboards.
• Build repeatable playbooks for launches, packaging changes, and onboarding.
