Job summary

AG1 is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Operations to drive end-to-end product development and manage a 6-month contract within the Innovation & Portfolio Management team. You will coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory to bring science-backed innovations to life.

You will own timelines, stage-gate processes, and risk management, balancing strategy with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, remote environment. Leadership updates and roadmap support are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management with product development or portfolio management.
• Experience with end-to-end product development lifecycle, regulatory, quality and go-to-market processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent development projects and hit milestones.
• Expertise with PM tools (Asana) and stage-gate processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development execution for new products and line extensions from ideation to launch.
• Manage the innovation portfolio's stage-gate process and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory to align timelines and specs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the development pipeline and flag bottlenecks.
• Use PM tools (e.g., Asana, Google Sheets) to track tasks across multiple projects.
• Serve as a main point of contact for updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support shaping the broader innovation roadmap and portfolio strategy.
