Job summary

LJA is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for Land Development to lead engineering projects with complex features, coordinate teams and manage client relationships.

You will interpret scope, set design schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering and PE licensure, 10+ years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to grow business development.

Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering required.
• PE licensure required or in process.
• 10+ years post-graduate experience or 2-3+ years post-Master’s experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct large and complex engineering projects.
• Supervise engineering and support personnel.
• Analyze project scope, RFPs and proposals; organize work and set procedures.
• Develop and monitor design schedules to meet objectives.
• Develop and monitor client budgets and schedules.
• Lead business development, proposal writing and project management.
