Job summary

Versar Global Solutions seeks a motivated Project Manager to lead a physical Electronic Security System installation project in Atlanta for the US Marshals Service. You will oversee subcontractors, equipment, and budgets while coordinating with construction and IT teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM experience, proficiency in MS Office and Project, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. This role is onsite with possible remote work during project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years of verifiable project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Project.
• Experience in systems administration with Windows client/server OS.
• Certifications or ability to obtain Hirsch, Bosch BVMS, Bosch IDS; experience with Commend, Aiphone, Inovonics, networks.
• Prior ESS project PM experience managing clients, budgets, vendors and staff.
• Public Trust clearance ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management on a customer site with some remote work and limited travel.
• Meet or exceed project execution requirements through resource allocation and budget control.
• Manage internal resources and subcontractors, verify quality, invoices, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with installation activities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Maintain inventory records and project accounting, including revenue forecasting.
• Ensure safety and report weekly to stakeholders.
