Job summary

Versar Global Solutions seeks a full-time Project Manager to support an Electronic Security System installation in Atlanta, GA for USMS. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety and contractual compliance, and report progress to stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of PM experience, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with ESS systems. Public Trust clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of verifiable project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Project.
• Experience in systems administration with Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems.
• Certifications, or ability to obtain, in Hirsch, Bosch BVMS, and Bosch IDS; experience with Commend, Aiphone, Inovonics, and networks.
• Prior experience as a project manager for ESS projects with managing clients, financials, vendor relationships, subcontractors, and project staff.
• Public Trust clearance requirements and US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management on a customer site with some availability for remote work.
• Meet or exceed client project execution requirements through resource allocation, high-quality work, and adherence to budget and schedule.
• Manage internal resources and subcontractors, verify installation quality, evaluate percent complete, validate invoices, negotiate costs, and manage scope changes.
• Ensure contractual compliance with installation activities, deliverables, and schedule.
• Manage and document inventory of all equipment and material for the project site.
• Follow internal project management procedures including revenue forecasting and estimate at completion.
• Ensure safe project execution per Versar safety requirements.
• Meet with internal and external stakeholders weekly or as required.
