Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee mission-critical electrical construction projects throughout the Dallas area. This role involves leading teams from kickoff through closeout and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in electrical construction, especially in mission-critical/data center environments, with strong budgeting and scheduling skills to ensure profitability and timely completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Mission-critical, data center, or commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability.
• Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
