Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in electrical construction? Ready to take the lead on complex projects for a well-established organization? We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in New Orleans.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader to manage high-impact projects from concept through completion, while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage all phases of electrical construction projects—from bidding and planning to execution and closeout

Analyze blueprints/specs, coordinate material procurement, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Manage project timelines, budgets, change orders, and client communication

Conduct site walk-throughs, inspections, and oversee field operations

Collaborate with internal teams and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors

Maintain accurate documentation, generate reports, and support financial planning of assigned projects

Prepare and negotiate change proposals and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of electrical project management experience—large job experience preferred with private sector experience

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

Knowledge of NFPA codes and OSHA 30 certification (a plus)

Ability to read blueprints, develop estimates, and manage project documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Accubid software experience is a plus

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
