What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all job site activities, including planning, material management, and safety execution
- Report daily progress to the project team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct daily "Tailgate" meetings to discuss hazards, objectives, and best practices
- Provide technical assistance, including interpreting drawings and recommending construction methods
- Manage crew efficiency and communicate any conflicts that may affect the project schedule
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of electrical construction projects
- Ability to manage field personnel and subcontractors effectively
- Competency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be available for extensive travel (40-50%) within regional states, including overnight stays

- Experience implementing on-site training for field personnel
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with management, staff, and customers
- Valid driver's license with a history of safe and competent driving
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
