Job summary

Pickett is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering programs for public and investor-owned electric utilities. You will own project delivery, financial performance and client satisfaction across a portfolio, interfacing with clients and guiding multidisciplinary teams.

You’ll mentor junior staff, contribute to proposal work, and help grow services with existing and new clients while promoting safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or related engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex engineering or infrastructure projects.
• PE or PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of engineering projects for electric utilities.
• Provide leadership for project execution including scope, schedule, budget and safety.
• Mentor junior project managers and support business development efforts.
