Job summary

Pickett is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex engineering projects for public and investor-owned electric utilities. You will oversee project delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of projects, while mentoring junior managers and supporting business development.

You will serve as a primary client contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, review financial reports, schedules, and resource forecasts, and help develop improved

Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing engineering or infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
PE or PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of engineering projects for electric utilities.
Provide leadership for project execution including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
Monitor financial performance and profitability; develop recovery plans as needed.
