Formación

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college.
• 3+ years in electric/gas/power operations, engineering, business planning, accounting, finance, construction management, or project management. External hires: 4+ years with leadership experience.
• In lieu of a 4-year degree, 7+ years related work experience with responsibilities as outlined.
• PMP certification strongly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and leads project team with defined roles and responsibilities.
• Develops project scope and objectives with sponsors and stakeholders; adjusts scope/schedule as needed.
• Secures detailed work plans with schedule, cost, resources, and contingency plans.
• Manages project tracking, costs, scope, and schedule; ensures proper documentation.
• Monitors cash flow and financial forecasts; communicates status to stakeholders.
• Oversees vendor tasks and reviews deliverables; coordinates with consultants and construction firms.
• Maintains project lifecycle documents and coordinates risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Represents PG&E to government agencies as required for assigned projects.
