Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of total related experience.
• May require travel and flexible/long hours.
• PMP Certification
• Lean practices experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal/collaboration, negotiation and process management skills
• Analytical and creative problem-solving and strategic decision-making ability
• Broad knowledge of project management and process improvement best practices
• Experience in electric utility maintenance and construction
• In-depth knowledge of electric utility processes, regulatory requirements and initiatives
• Ability to lead project teams
• Advanced budgeting and financial management skills
• High-level organizational skills and multitasking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong presentation skills for varied audiences
• Knowledge of ERP modules

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional programs and initiatives with complex scope and impact.
• Represent PG&E to external agencies on sensitive or complex issues.
• Manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives impacting the business.
• Develop overall strategy and performance metrics for programs.
• Forecast budgets, monitor costs, and propose variance solutions.
• Coordinate work planning and resource management for program delivery.
• Develop and implement new processes to improve customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Lead benchmarking and share best practices with leadership and other utilities.
• Oversee training plans and ensure regulatory compliance within programs.
• Mentor and supervise team members as needed.
