AppleOne Employment Services is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a direct-hire role in Orlando, FL. You will oversee commercial drywall, sheetrock, metal framing, and related interior construction projects from preconstruction turnover through final closeout.

This position requires leading projects, coordinating with field teams, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and internal leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 10+ years of PM experience in commercial drywall or related trades.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, schedules, and change orders.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Travel locally up to ~60 miles from Orlando office.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day commercial drywall project activities, including scheduling, field coordination, material procurement, subcontractor management, quality control, and technical support.
• Review project scope after estimating turnover, retake off projects as needed, and establish budgets for materials, labor, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, submit, and track submittals, RFIs, pricing requests, change orders, shop drawings, plans, specifications, and related project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity, schedules, risks, and budget performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct weekly site walks to review progress, quality, safety, schedule concerns, and potential project issues.
• Lead closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, warranties, and financial reconciliation.
