System One is seeking a Drywall - Construction Project Manager to lead commercial framing and drywall projects from pre-construction through closeout. This hybrid role blends on-site coordination with remote planning, requiring strong scheduling, budgeting, and client liaison skills.

You will manage multiple jobs, review submittals and change orders, run weekly meetings with clients and teams, and ensure safety and quality standards while building solid relationships with GCs and subcontractors.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial framing and drywall projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously (interior build-outs, TI, large-scale commercial, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall systems, and acoustical ceilings.
• Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be a self-starter who can operate independently with minimal oversight.
