Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex drilling construction projects across the region from our Columbus, Ohio operations. You will oversee planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and cost targets are met.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, deep knowledge of project controls, and a track record delivering large utility-scale projects on time and within budget, with the ability to mentor other project

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction or related field.
• Ten years of project/construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, estimating, and safety.
• PMP certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead drilling/foundation project lifecycles from planning through closeout.
• Manage field logistics: equipment, procurement, subcontractors, and multi-tasking.
• Build and optimize project baselines, milestones, and closeout processes.
• Oversee budget tracking, labor, equipment, and material costs with rigorous control.
• Apply cost forecasting models and leadership reporting.
• Utilize JD Edwards, Hubble, EcoSys, Incorta, and HCSS HeavyJob software.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and daily reports.
• Read and interpret complex specs, drawings, contracts, and financials.
• Maintain project controls proficiency in Primavera P6 and Office tools.
