Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex drilling construction projects across the region from Columbus, Ohio. You will oversee planning, budgeting, construction, closeout, and client satisfaction, guiding multiple project managers and ensuring safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a proven track record in utility-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent.
• Ten years of project/construction management experience.
• Knowledge of project controls, budgeting, estimating, schedules, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project lifecycles for drilling/foundation projects including potential substation, transmission, and distribution work.
• Manage field logistics: equipment mobilization, procurement, subcontractor activities, prioritization.
• Maintain baseline schedules, milestones, and closeout processes; oversee cost tracking and reporting.
• Apply financial models to optimize spending and leadership reports; ensure budgetary control.
• Prepare and manage project documentation: RFIs, change orders, submittals, daily reports.
• Travel to project sites as needed and lead project meetings with teams and clients.
