PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC in Denver, CO seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex drilling construction projects in the region, guiding planning, budgeting, execution, and client satisfaction while overseeing multiple PMs.

You will enforce safety and quality standards, manage field logistics, and drive schedules with advanced project controls tools (Primavera P6, JD Edwards, Hubble, EcoSys, Incorta, HCSS HeavyJob).

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of project or construction management experience.
• PMP certification within 60 days of hire.
• Strong budgeting and financial controls experience.
• Experience with heavy civil/utility construction projects.
• Proficiency with project controls software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead drilling/foundation project lifecycles and schedules across the region.
• Manage field logistics, procurement, subcontractors, and multi-task prioritization.
• Maintain baseline schedules and closeout processes for projects.
• Oversee budgeting, labor, equipment, and material cost tracking with controls.
• Prepare leadership reports using financial models and cost forecasting.
• Utilize Primavera P6, JD Edwards, Hubble, EcoSys, Incorta, and HCSS software.
