Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience in project management or Master’s degree with 0 years experience.
• Skilled use of Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with project management principles.
• Active DoD secret clearance and ability to obtain special program access.

Responsibilities

• Support Mission Assurance staff meetings including meeting facilitation, chart compilation, and action item tracking.
• Data aggregation and reporting on Mission Assurance charging metrics and financials.
• Support change request (CR) process and collection of impacts.
• Updates and improvements to team SharePoint site and knowledge base resources.
• Support of new business proposal writing and team organization.
• Assessment of project issues and development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Support monthly EAC updates, EVCRs, VARs, IMS tasking.
• Weekly name-run support.
• Conduct business travel up to 25% of the time from assigned work location to Palmdale or Rancho Bernardo, CA.
