Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Business, or Management plus two years PM experience with budget management, forecasting, and controlling costs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship required for AEDC employment.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: develop detailed project plans with scope, goals, deliverables, resources and timelines.
• Cost and Schedule Management: manage budgets, schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
• Earned Value Analysis: track earned value metrics to monitor progress relative to cost and schedule.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify, document, and manage project risks and mitigations.
• Resource Coordination: plan and allocate resources across projects with supervisors.
• Stakeholder Communication: monthly project status reports and coordination with customer PMs and analysts.
• Continuous Improvement: suggest process improvements to enhance delivery and teamwork.
