Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with two years PM experience, including budget management, forecasting and cost control.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools and techniques.
• Clearances: DoD Secret level; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, goals, and timelines.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Track earned value metrics and report status monthly.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate resources with supervisors and stakeholders to meet milestones.
