Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a Senior Project Manager SDP & Construction to lead boutique build outs in the US and Canada. You will coordinate with our internal design team, consultants and contractors from feasibility through design development to execution and turnover.

Responsibilities include managing 2–3 luxury retail projects yearly, reviewing cost estimates with SDP leadership, ensuring budgets, coordinating with legal for leases and contracts, and ensuring timely procurement and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum 12 years of luxury retail construction and project management experience.
• Inhouse project management experience preferred.
• Experience in full scope retail construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural and construction activities for boutique renovations and new stores.
• Develop feasibility studies and evaluate potential locations with SDP.
• Manage 2–3 projects per year in the US/Canada including flagship locations.
• Review construction cost estimates with SDP leadership and maintain budgets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to drive timely project execution and turnover.
