Job summary

The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Occupational Licensing and Case Management modernization initiative within the ISD division. You will direct lifecycle planning, execution, and oversight across nine divisions, leveraging Prosci change-management practices and ensuring WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance.

Qualifications

• Nine (9) years of relevant experience in project management and/or change management.
• Prosci Certified Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Project Management Professional (PMP) principles and methodologies.
• Digital accessibility knowledge WCAG 2.2 AA and HB21-1110 compliance expertise.
• Experience leading end-to-end modernization initiatives, especially licensing/case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OLCM modernization program across nine DOR divisions.
• Apply Prosci methodologies to design and deploy integrated transition strategies.
• Serve as staff authority for digital accessibility and WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.
• Manage cross-divisional stakeholders and external vendors on schedules and integration.
• Coach change agents and executives to build long-term organizational change management maturity.
• Identify risks, issues, and accessibility gaps early and drive remediation.
