Washington State Department of Retirement Systems (DRS) is seeking a PMO Manager to lead strategic planning, portfolio management, and program delivery across cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with agency leadership to drive modernization, optimize customer experience, and enhance team effectiveness.

You will set policies for planning, governance, and reporting; supervise project managers; and collaborate with CIO and executive teams to align resources with strategic goals.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in enterprise project and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of structured PM methodologies and governance.
• Ability to integrate project/portfolio/governance across divisions.
• Experience advising executives on viability, risk, and investments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the PMO defining goals, standards, and expectations.
• Ensure PMO team has tools, training, and guidance.
• Oversee project selection, prioritization, resources, and reporting.
• Negotiate scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Mentor sponsors on leading change and adoption.
