Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related discipline is required.
• LEED GA certification within 6 months of hire is expected.
• Architectural license or related certification is preferred.
• Professional accreditation in living design is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the design process with proficiency and excellence.
• Manage all project aspects to ensure scope and budget compliance.
• Direct project teams; foster collaboration and strong communication.
• Develop and validate project scope, fee, budget and services during marketing.
• Ensure timely communication with clients and project team.
• Oversee project using Deltek; prepare work plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Architect to minimize schedule conflicts.
• Provide ongoing communication through meetings and memos.
• Monitor construction administration during construction phase.
• Mentor staff and support marketing opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline

LEED GA within 6 months of hire

Architectural license or Interior Design license/certification

Professional Accreditation in Living Design (LEED AP / BREEAM AP / WELL AP / SITES AP / ILFI)
