The role requires 10+ years in commercial architecture, strong CAD/BIM skills, and excellent communication. You will coordinate contract documents, reviews, and approvals, supporting studio leadership and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing ground up commercial architecture projects.
• Licensed Architect or pursuing licensure preferred.
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency for construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases from concept to construction documents.
• Prepare project schedules and track progress weekly.
• Lead internal and external teams to successful project delivery.
• Manage budgets and workplans to ensure profitability.
• Interface with clients as primary contact and ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate with contracts team and consultants; review shop drawings and site visits.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulatory reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and support studio leadership.
