Job summary

ARCO National Holdings seeks a motivated Project Manager to join our Kansas City, Missouri team. You will handle government-related projects, including estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and cost reporting, while overseeing subcontractor buyouts and field meetings. Proficiency in MS Project and Office tools is essential.

The role emphasizes accurate estimates, proposals, and strict adherence to quality, safety, and client expectations within a fast-paced design-build environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 3–5 years' design/build construction experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Cold storage experience preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects related to government services, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and cost reporting.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with the design team and government reps.
• Lead proposal meetings, review scope, and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout and subcontractor selection; conduct bi-weekly job-site meetings.
• Organize and manage multiple activities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Maintain integrity and alignment with ARCO's values and customer requirements.
