Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years' of design/build construction experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Cold storage experience preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage a project scope including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, design coordination, and cost reporting.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Collaborate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Lead value engineering discussions during proposal meetings to optimize cost.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly on-site meetings and ensure safety and quality.
