Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to join our National Industrial team in Austin, TX.

The role involves leading design-build projects, coordinating schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, and collaborating with owners and internal teams to drive successful project delivery. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in commercial construction, strong MS Project skills, and the ability to travel 35-40% to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management.
• 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $1 - $75 million range.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors and owner/clients.
• Able to travel 35-40% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Work with project schedules, cost projections, contracts, project status reports and more.
• Lead construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules and bid documents.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
• Collaborate with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors and internal teams for support.
