Responsibilities

  • Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and general conditions.
  • Oversee bidding and award of construction documents with schedules and bid responses.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and change management, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Monitor schedule variances and develop recovery plans; report progress and budget status.
  • Participate in environmental, health and safety responsibilities and site supervision.
