Sigma Defense Systems LLC seeks a Project Manager to join our team at Grand Forks AFB, ND. You will oversee complex defense projects, coordinating with military stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate technical details for executive buy-in while maintaining RMF and cybersecurity compliance.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant project management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to translate highly technical or complex project details for executive buy-in
• Ability to adhere to the RMF and ensuring cybersecurity requirements are implemented
• Must be a U.S. citizen with potential TS/SCI clearance sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Ensure clear communication and field alignment across the board, reducing rework and margin erosion
• Acting as the primary liaison between military stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams
• Overseeing complex budgets and tracking project statuses to ensure compliance with strict fiscal constraints
• Ensuring all contract deliverables meet regulatory and quality standards
• Project managers are responsible for managing a broad range of projects related to the build up of new Disaster Resiliency Program (DRP) mission
• Serve as the primary SETA interface to the government and user community coordinating project requirements and fielding/deployment schedules
• As a project lead, keep the government customer or designated technical representative updated on changes or issues
• Assist with DRP mission upgrades through design and implementation
• Leads environmental remediation and building modernization to meet DRP mission requirements
