Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Technical, or Business related field.
• 5+ years recent relevant experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in a small/med caliber ammunition manufacturing facility preferred.
• Prior work with USG or DoD customers preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of preparing financial statements and/or project proposals.
• Some travel may be required, less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining the project scope, objectives, deliverables, cost proposals, and timelines.
• Forecast project costs as part of the proposal process and financial forecasting.
• Allocate resources efficiently and manage budgets to keep projects within financial constraints.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Monitor progress and implement quality control to ensure deliverables meet standards.
