Job summary

Olin, based in Independence, Missouri, seeks a Program Manager – M&I to lead and coordinate engineering programs supporting production, modernization, and continuous improvement in an ammunition manufacturing environment.

You will ensure programs are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet DoD and Winchester requirements. This role requires 5+ years in program management, a Bachelor's/Master's degree, and ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration/management, technical or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in project or program management.
• Demonstrated leadership and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all program activities from startup to completion to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor projects and oversee project managers to meet goals.
• Develop budgets and plans ensuring cost, quality, and schedule performance.
• Evaluate program performance and progress ongoingly.
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
• Prepare and present reports to internal and external customers.
